Admissions Process

Steps to Enrollment

Toledo Christian Schools seeks students with a solid academic record who will benefit from educational excellence in a Christ-centered community.

Applications for admission are accepted on an ongoing basis for grades Preschool through 12. Admittance for grades 1-12 are based on past academic and social performance, the previous two years’ grades, standardized test scores, pastoral recommendation (regular church attendance is required), and the family interview.

Admissions Process

Tour

One of the best ways to experience TC is to schedule a personal tour of our campus.  You will see the school in session and get all your questions answered.

Shadow

Being an eagle for a day provides your student with a unique opportunity to get acquainted with student life at Toledo Christian.

Test

Testing is required for all applicants in grades K – 12 to ensure a student’s success in our college preparatory programs.  Tests are administered on Saturday mornings and need to be scheduled in advance through our admissions office.

Apply

An application packet is provided to new families by request or at your tour.

Interview

In the final step of the admissions process, applicants being considered for acceptance, schedule a family interview.  Family interviews are conducted by the Admissions Director with both parent(s)/guardian(s) and with high school students.

Admission Decisions

New student files and applications are reviewed by the principal and Admissions Office. Parent(s)/guardian(s) will be notified in writing of the admissions decision. The school reserves the right to retract an offer of admission to a student previously accepted if the final transcript reveals performance or behavior that is unacceptable to TC’s standard for admission or if any information on the original application is found to be false.

Upon Acceptance

If accepted, you must complete the online FACTS tuition payment setup after receiving an emailed registration code from the TC Finance Office.
